On the evening of December 28, at Nguyen Hue pedestrian street (District 1), Ho Chi Minh City's 2nd "Green Dream" Puppet Festival - 2019.
The Vietnam National Puppetry Theater attended the Opening ceremony of a variety of unique and diverse water and stage puppetry acts, the lively scene was conveyed to the audience by the artists at the pedestrian street stages.
The festival features stage puppet and water puppet theaters. Morning programs are from 9:00 to 10:30. Afternoon from 16:00 to 17:30. Evening programs from 18:00. The highlight of the evening was the parade with more than 100 persons in colorful costumes of various kinds of puppet arts participating in the parade along Nguyen Hue Street, both parading and stopping to perform.
With the theme "Green Dream", this year's puppet festival wants to bring to the public and audience in the city the message "Be proud and preserve Vietnamese traditional art".
The 2nd Ho Chi Minh City "Green Dream" puppet festival - 2019 will take place from December 27 to December 29, 2019 at Nguyen Hue pedestrian street.
