Today October 13th , 2019, the Closing Ceremony of the IV International Experimental Stage Festival - Hanoi 2019 took place at Dai Nam Theater. Through 21 experimental plays with new creations, the artists brought to the public many levels of emotions, multi-colored glances of the stage.
The organizers awarded 04 Gold Medals and 05 Silver Medals for the performances, 20 Gold Medals, 35 Silver Medals for outstanding performers at this Festival.
The Vietnam Puppet Theater is honored to receive:
Gold Medal for Best Performance: "The fate of Kieu"
Excellent director: People's Artist Nguyen Tien Dung
Excellent visual artist: Artist Le Dinh Nguyen
Gold Medal for Outstanding Actor: Artist Lan Huong - Artist Thu Huong as Kieu
Silver Medal for actors:
1. Meritorious Artist Kim Thoa - Artist Thieu Ngan as Hoan Thu
2. Meritorious Artist Hong Phong as Ho Ton Hien

The play "The fate Kieu" has made a mark - resonating with the Art Council, domestic and international colleagues for a unique experimental breakthrough, attractive, professional creativity of the puppet art with classics in literature of the great poet Nguyen Du.
The festival is also an opportunity for Vietnamese theatrical arts to have more opportunities to exchange and learn between art groups in order to improve their expertise, build works with high artistic value, new creativity responding to the expectations of the audience in the trend of integration and development.
